Odoo charge a license fee for their platform of €37.40 per user per month (further discounts available in first year of subscription) which covers all modules other than Forecasting & Analytics.  This includes unlimited technical support, standard hosting and maintenance.  There are costs associated with some document processing such as optical character recognition (OCR) of expenses and these are documented on the Odoo website.   There are no hidden costs, no limit on features or data: enjoy real transparency!
